Linden Ashby cominciò la sua carriera da attore con vari ruoli in telefilm e telenovelas, tra i cuali "Melrose Place". Ma uno dei suoi ruoli più notevoli lo ha ricevuto nell'interpretazione di Jhonny Cage in "Mortal Kombat". Nei suoi progetti futuri ritroviamo il ritorno nel terzo capitolo della saga "Mortal Kombat", nonchè la partecipazione in altri film di grande fama come "Resident Evil: Extinction" e "Rambo IV". Inoltre reciterà nuovamente al fianco di Robin Shou nel film "Dead Mule Suitcase".
